Giada De Laurentiis's grandmother kept a recipe journal that contains family recipes and De Laurentiis cooking secrets, written in her own hand. Giada and her aunt Raffy spend an afternoon in the kitchen re-creating some of these amazing family dishes, like CApellini al Forno, Spaghetti al Melone and Broiled Halibut With Bechamel Sauce.
