A couple of world travelers look for the perfect tropical location to call home. After a recent visit to St. Helena, SC, they realized they could get all the palm trees and beautiful beaches they want just three hours away from their family. They're hoping to downsize to a house with a large backyard, a water view and plenty of St. Helena's signature Low Country charm.

A newly engaged couple wants to start a new life for themselves on peaceful James Island. Originally from South Carolina, the two used to come to the island many times as college students. They now feel the place where they once enjoyed the nearby marina and endless outdoor activities will be the perfect place to get married, buy a house and start a family.
