After meeting at a regatta and getting married at a yacht club, water and boating has been a common theme for a Rockledge, Florida couple. They're eager to move across the Indian River to a Merritt Island property with a pool, a large living space and a dock for their boat right in their own backyard.

After 20 years living in Atlanta, a couple is tired of the big city grind and is ready to make a move. Having vacationed all over the West Coast of Florida, they decide they want to live a more relaxed lifestyle near the water in Pensacola Beach.
