A Washington couple has been saving their entire lives for their dream home on Orcas Island. They cannot wait to escape the busy, crowded Kirkland area for a private haven in the trees they can call their own.

A busy couple from Northern Virginia is moving with their two young daughters to Ocean City, Maryland. They want to spend more time on the beach and create fun memories as a family. With a new baby boy on the way, they're searching for a condo with at least three bedrooms. They also want to be near the bay or ocean so they can fall asleep listening to the relaxing sounds of the water.
