Following a tip-off, Harrow Enforcement officers are shocked to discover an industrial-scale cannabis farm in a house. The team, along with the police, are determined to find out who has been running this illegal operation. After complaints of all-night parties in a quiet street in Darwen, Lancashire, letting agent Paul pays the revellers a visit. The house is in terrible shape, but the young tenants promise they will clear it all up and keep the noise down.
