As he prepares to visit Washington, Taoiseach Micheál Martin will be in studio to discuss why he is going to meet Donald Trump; the turbulent start to the new Dáil and his plans on how to tackle the housing crisis. 
 
Also joining The Late Late Show on Friday night are two icons of stage and screen, multi-award winners Jessica Lange and Ed Harris. Starring in the adaptation of Eugene O'Neill's classic, Long Day's Journey into Night, two of the most talented actors of our time are in town for the world premiere of the film at the Dublin International Film Festival. They will speak with Patrick about their time shooting the film in Wicklow, connections with Ireland, and their careers in Hollywood and on Broadway.
 
Actor Danny Dyer will be in studio on Friday night ahead of his new movie Marching Powder. Danny will be chatting about life since Albert Square, capturing hearts as Freddie Jones in Rivals, and why he's decided to run a caravan park this summer with his daughter Dani.
 
Sarah Corbett Lynch will be on the show to talk about her memoir A Time for Truth about her father Jason Corbett. Jason was killed nearly ten years ago in North Carolina by Sarah's stepmother Molly Martens and Molly's father Tom Martens. They were released last year after pleading guilty to manslaughter. Sarah will join Patrick to tell her story. 
 
The immensely talented country music and blues singer from Donegal, Muireann Bradley will be joining Patrick on Friday's Late Late show to perform Delia.

This Friday night, BAFTA award-winning Fiona Shaw will join Patrick on The Late Late Show. The Cork actor will share stories from her illustrious career which spans film, television and theatre over five decades. Fiona will be talking about her iconic roles in Bad Sisters and Killing Eve, as well as her latest film Park Avenue which premieres this week at the Dublin International Film Festival. 
 
As the "King Kong" of weight loss medications Mounjaro becomes available on private prescription in Ireland, Patrick will be chatting with Kathryn Thomas about her new documentary The Skinny Jab Revolution. In this new two-parter, Kathryn explores the rise of these revolutionary drugs and asks why we still need to address the root cause of obesity, despite these advances?
 
Satirist, actor and comedian Mario Rosenstock, the man behind the numerous impressions that make up Gift Grub joins The Late Late Show ahead of his nationwide tour. Always making people laugh with his repertoire of well-known faces and voices, Mario will be entertaining the Late Late audience with the latest goings on from some of his favourite characters.  
 
Dancing with the Stars presenter Doireann Garrihy will also join Patrick on Friday night to chat about her recent winter wedding and her return to RTÉ 2FM, as she prepares to take up her new drive time radio slot.
 
Making their Late Late debut, eleven-piece all-female supergroup BIIRD will perform tomorrow night. BIIRD, comprised of some of Ireland's best traditional Irish musicians and dancers, will bring their lilting sounds to The Late Late Show studio!

Olympic gold and bronze medallist and world champion, Daniel Wiffen will be sitting down with Patrick for the first time since becoming an Olympic champion. Daniel will be looking ahead to the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, he will be sharing stories of racing fans in a swimming pool in Bali and also, going head-to-head with his brother Nathan for the first time in four years.
 
Ireland Head Coaches Heimir Hallgrímsson and Carla Ward will join Patrick this Friday night. Together they will be chatting about taking over as the new men's and women's Head Coaches, looking ahead to 2025 fixtures, World Cup qualifications and the future of Irish football.
 
In 2019 a Dublin Poker Festival hit the headlines when one of its players disappeared. 41-year-old Jón Jónsson had arrived from his home in Iceland, visiting Ireland for the first time. Within 24 hours of arriving in Dublin, he vanished. A new RTÉ podcast series Where is Jón has been investigating Jón's disappearance; tomorrow night Jón's mother Hanna, his sister Anna Hildur and brother David will join Patrick on The Late Late Show. Jón's family will be making a special appeal to the Irish public to come forward with any information on his disappearance.
 
After a tumultuous week in American politics with reverberations felt around the world, Patrick will be chatting to Kerry's man in the US, CNN senior correspondent Donie O'Sullivan. Donie will be chatting about all things Donald Trump, MAGA and how Taoiseach Micheál Martin should approach his upcoming visit to the White House.
 
Singer songwriter Kate Nash will be in studio tomorrow night to have a chat about her career, her Irish roots, reconnecting with Irish music and how the cost-of-living crisis is affecting touring musicians.
