Cape Town music icon, DJ Ready D, is the founder of a grassroots organization that uses Hip Hop to encourage at-risk-youth to think of themselves as leaders. With a new wave of gang violence sweeping through his childhood neighborhood of Mitchells Plain, D decides to get a group of youngsters to help organize their own Hip Hop 'Park Jam', giving them the opportunity to make the right choices in life before it's too late.
