The Basics activity does not go as planned for Nathanaël, Liesel suffers an injury that may affect her training and Jabreel is forced to make a tough decision. The athletes quickly realize that Ninja looks easy but is physically and emotionally draining. Chace struggles, Claire is desperate for the podium and Damiyah makes a phone call that could affect the competition, which takes place in the dark.
