Never before has more hashish been smuggled into Norway. While the customs service reports record seizures, the smugglers themselves believe that the battle against drugs is lost as long as no one does anything about the producer link. In tonight's Insider, we seek out the lawless Rif mountains in Morocco together with a former smuggler, to find out where all the hash comes from.
