S10 E7 Episode 7
本集简介

The new series continues, as Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help more homeowners to resolve their dilemmas, rejuvenate their homes and decide whether to stay put or start afresh. In Stevenage, Steven and Adeola desperately need an intervention to resolve their three-year debate. Their detached three-bedroom new-build is bursting at the seams, and a catalogue of issues has left Steven yearning for pastures new. With a lack of storage and a dysfunctional layout - which is exacerbated when family come to stay - patience has finally run out. So much so that Steven has even re-purposed the poorly ventilated ensuite as a walk-in wardrobe! But Adeola refuses to give up on their home. She believes that they need to be brave and tackle the issues head on, rather than giving up on the house that could give them everything they need. One thing they do agree on is that they need Kirstie's help to give them a fighting chance of sorting it out, not least so that Steven can be convinced to remove his clothes from the bathroom! Despite having a £45,000 Love It budget, Kirstie is exasperated with the layout issues and has her work cut out to turn this one around. She takes aim at the garage, but can she win Steven over? Meanwhile, Phil's search is far from plain sailing as he sets out to find a home that delivers on their long list of requirements. Tensions rise as both sides bring their A-game, leaving the decision on a knife's edge. Will Steven and Adeola love their home or list it?

The new series continues as Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help more homeowners to resolve their dilemmas, rejuvenate their homes and decide whether to stay put or start afresh. Kirstie and Phil visit the garden city of Milton Keynes to bring harmony to a couple who are worlds apart - both physically and emotionally. Anne-Marie and Paul bought their charming-but-challenging 1920s three-bedroom home six years ago, right before the arrival of their first child. The property was a doer-upper but hasn't been done up yet! Paul wants to list it. Between his twice-a-week 160-mile commute to Manchester, the boxed-in kitchen, and the unforgivable absence of a bathtub in their only bathroom, he's ready to cut his losses and move on. Anne-Marie, on the other hand, refuses to throw in the towel. With family close by and a belief in the house's untapped potential, she's clinging to her dream and counting on Kirstie to work her magic and convince Paul to fall in love with their home again. With a £50,000 Love It budget and an ambitious to-do list, Kirstie gets straight to work, crafting a master plan to unlock every ounce of the house's potential. But just as things get rolling, disaster strikes - a surprise roof repair gobbles up a significant chunk of the budget, leaving Team Love It to rethink their strategy. Meanwhile, Phil takes Anne-Marie and Paul to Rugby, hoping to split the commute burden, and finds jaw-dropping properties with his £500,000 List It budget that leave Anne-Marie questioning her allegiances and Paul well and truly sold. Who'll win this battle of head versus heart?
