Danger Mouse and Penfold are introduced to Squawk's latest invention, a warp drive device that will transport HQ anywhere in the universe at a moment's notice. Squawk's demonstration seems to go without a hitch, that is until the gang notice an exact duplicate of the HQ across the road, with identical duplicates of the Danger Team inside. When the duplicate Big Head is activated and starts causing mayhem the two DMs join forces to try and stop her.

When the Danger Agency's public approval ratings plummet, Colonel K brings in a truly out of this world PR guru to help put things right. Alarmingly for Danger Mouse and Penfold, that guru turns out to be the galaxy's biggest trickster: Quark. DM is soon won over after seeing Quark demonstrate his Exaggerator Device: an invention that spins even the most mundane event into an outrageously overblown display of awesomeness.
