In six new episodes of HGTV hit series 100 Day Dream Home, married real estate developers Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt will continue to build custom, move-in ready homes from the ground up and design personalized renovations for their Tampa, Florida, area clients in only three months or less. Whether building or renovating, Brian, a construction manager, and Mika, a real estate agent and designer, who attracted 12 million viewers to their last run, will take clients on inspiration tours of various properties to select the desired finishes they'll infuse into each project. They'll also overcome any obstacle to bring these dream homes to life, including a strong hurricane that hits Tampa and threatens side-by-side builds for sisters.
