Uncle Nedward is back and coming in like a wrecking ball… well, he's on a wrecking ball and his nephew Munchy is right alongside with him. The town wants to demolish Ol' Cliffy and the kids are determined to put a stop to it!

Munchy crushes on a cute clown at the Mooery, but she leaves in a rush dropping her clown shoe; Munchy, Presley, and Lex must now disguise themselves as clowns to find her and help Lex overcome her fear of clowns.
