The summer brings an increase in business for Yorkshire classic car auctioneers. To keep pace, the Mathewsons introduce their new "multiple classic collection plan", much to the amusement of office manager Sarah. Dave sets off to collect a Triumph TR6, a Lotus Cortina and a Mini Mayfair wedding car and bring them back to the auction house.

The team heads to The Wirral for a rare survivor, a DAF 33 from the ‘70s. "It's a car that had a bit of an image issue back in the day, but it also had a gearbox ahead of its time," says Derek - as everyone tries to explain how it works before the car is auctioned off.

A delightful collection of pre-loved and well-looked after British classics comes up for auction, including an Austin A35, a Wolseley 16/60, a Ford Fiesta Popular and a rare Hillman Avenger Estate. The collection stirs many fond memories from potential buyers at the vehicle auction, but is that enough to make them raise their hands and bid for the British classics? Meanwhile, when the time comes to sell a much-loved and enjoyed ‘E' type Jag, its Yorkshire owner finds it hard to let go.
