Rachel and her brother finally open their ranch in Spain for paying guests and lack of footfall at David and Lane's shop in France causes them to take drastic action. Stretch and Rachel complete the renovation on their Portuguese guesthouse.

Stacey calls in the cavalry to complete her yoga studio, while, in Portugal, Stretch and Rachel struggle to cope as the busy summer season kicks in at their guesthouse.
