Julia manages to escape from Eduardo and goes looking for Diosdado, who takes her to the mansion. Rosita is worried about the factory because she no longer has any flowers to use in preparing her secret recipe. Débora tries to convince Bruce to give her the flowers for the recipe; he agrees, takes her to where he is cultivating them, and hands them over because he wants nothing more to do with Rosita. Fabián humiliates Verónica in front of Rosita and once again confesses his love for her, telling her he is in love and will wait for her as long as it takes.

Mauricio tells Diosdado that, because of the restraining order, he cannot go near Ligia or the baby—if he does, he could go to jail or be deported. Grace overhears Lorenzo confessing to Rosita that Bruce is his son and that only Grace can confirm it; because of this, Rosita and Bruce have equal rights to the flowers used in the secret recipe.
