Needing a way to pay their rent, Omar, Todd, Jaheem, and Travis team up with their neighbors to throw a rent party. Travis gets serious with his clout chasing girlfriend.

Trouble ensues when Jaheem's extremely pro-Black cousin comes to visit and tries to change the guys' ideologies.
