The future of the café is put at risk when Jean invites Weir to join him as a partner in opening a new café.  Jean challenges Punn to learn all the ingredients of French pastries; if Punn is successful Jean will concede his loss of Weir.

Weir must confront his painful past with his mother, and his fear of women, when she suddenly appears at the café looking to reconnect.
