Mike has lived in 18 homes, but Poppy wants to put down roots and they've chosen Cheshire as the right spot for their family. However, living in a high spec rental has given them great expectations for the home they'd love to own. Meanwhile, James and Hayley are looking for a rural retreat for themselves and their two dogs in Swindon and Newbury. But they are the first ones to admit that their wish list is extravagant, making Phil Spencer's job a tough one.
