Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer revisit successful buyers from seasons past. In 2017 mother and daughter Linda and Laura bought a flat in Bristol with Phil's help that would suit Laura and her partner until they found their own home and Linda would move in with her husband when they retired. In 2018 Ranald and Marjorie were looking for a bigger home to hold family get-togethers with enough bedrooms for all the grandkids.
