Eight weeks have passed, and the participants will have a mid-term weigh-in with the nutritionist.
After six weeks, the participants have made a good start with the training, and are beginning to see progress, both in the gym and in the mirror. It's all about getting all the training sessions that Martin requires, and Jørn in particular finds it difficult to get as much training as he should.
After last week's weigh-in, the participants will now receive specially adapted diets and training plans. Martin and Anette meet to make a plan of action for those who struggle the most. Christer loses his spark in training, Håvard has hit the wall in the kitchen, and Jørn gets new training tasks.
