Tonight Tom is put to the test in his new role as junior client coordinator. He has been sent to Scotland to find potential new dates for the boys, and the pressure is on. Gemma is 'ready for love' and the agents are thrilled with her positive attitude. They date two girls each and then must choose one to take to dinner. Things get muggy and, after a heated chat, one of the boys storms out of his date.
