Akil is on the lookout for a fugitive who has a history of burning bridges with former criminal associates and others in the community. As legitimate resources run dry, Akil must resort to the streets and other sources of info to find him.

As Akil chases a meth manufacturer across county lines, he learns that his fugitive has left behind more than just her cooking equipment.
