The recruits get to experience the sensation of heights and must use a large portion of courage when they have to climb over a steep gorge in exercise Cut the Line.

The recruits will go out into the field where they will receive training in everything from orienteering to setting up a bivouac. At night, they will participate in Exercise Flag Thief, an exercise in which they will steal flags from each other's bases throughout the night.
