When Nepalese newlyweds Siri and Sunny bought the Aloha Vista Bar & Grill, they inherited the eatery's reputation for being a drab Italian restaurant; in order to get locals to come in, they need some authentic food and Aloha spirit.

Cafe/retail shop Tai O Banyan Tree sits in one of Hong Kong's last fishing villages and should be a tourist destination, but cluttered with crafts and goods from the owners' travels, it feels more like a hoarder's home then a lifestyle restaurant; if the experts can't make serious changes, it risks imminent closure.
