Rachael Ray travels to Chicago for a visit with Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick. Rick owns Piece Brewery and Pizzeria. Rachael gets a tour of the restaurant, a demonstration of how its beer is brewed, and learns how to make one of its specialties, chocolate tiramisu pizza.
Rachael visits the home of actress Ming-Na, star of "E.R." and the voice of Disney's "Mulan." Ming-Na shows Rachael how she makes two traditional Chinese dishes, lion's mane and steamed fish.
