Maze Master Richard Ayoade guides the third team of intrepid celebrities: Joel Dommett, Jermaine Jenas, Adil Ray and Tamara Wall, led by team captain Rylan Clark-Neal through the epic game show adventure where they hope to win in aid of Stand Up to Cancer. There are four fantastical zones: Aztec, Medieval, Industrial and Futuristic. In each zone the team must tackle Physical, Skill, Mystery and Mental challenges in a bid to win crystals. These elusive crystals each give the team five seconds in the final test: the iconic Crystal Dome where they hope to collect gold tokens to win prizes.

In the first episode, The Watsons - a plucky Scottish family are led by their highly competitive 22-year-old captain Catriona. Mum Fiona is on hand to boost team morale, but how will they cope when one of the team reveals they 'can't physically do riddles?'. Will it crack them, or will they crack the Maze?
