Green Arrow and the team prepare to go after them, but the ACU receives a tip tying Arrow to Billy's murder and go after the vigilante. Meanwhile Quentin deals with the new Black Canary, and Thea takes steps to discredit Susan before she can reveal that Oliver is Green Arrow.

Oliver learns who he's up against, and that Prometheus isn't his only enemy. Meanwhile, Felicity is forced to turn to Helix to get the information she needs to find Susan.
