Helge Nielsen - a politician trying to make a comeback after sexual harassment claims were made against him - dies in front of his family during a speech. Devold insists that Victoria and her team take on the case. She doesn't want it as she knows that it's a political bombshell for whoever handles it, but the team members get hooked on the case once they believe that it's a murder. 

In the present time period, it is revealed why Victoria doesn't have any time for psychiatrists. The team is tasked with solving the murder of a nurse at a high-security psychiatric unit. Victoria goes undercover, where she gets close to the world of psychiatric care - for better or for worse.
