The duos must work together in an exhausting fire challenge in order to win a video phone call home. In an emotional weigh-in, the teams are shocked when an entire duo goes home.

As the players are narrowed down, Caroline reveals to everyone that they will now play as individuals. The remaining players will receive a makeover and a photo shoot to showcase their new thin bodies. And during the weekly challenge, one of the player's will have to face their greatest fear.
