When her niece's son is framed for possession of an ecstasy tablet, Hetty goes undercover in his school as a cafeteria worker to clear him. 

While in hospital for routine surgery, Hetty is able to help DCI Adams with a rash of home robberies of patients and a false rape allegation against the inspector.
