Thanks to the power of attorney given by Burak Çatalcalı, no one will be able to keep Kuzey away from the company. When she sees Kuzey for the first time in days, the new year begins for Cemre at that moment. Handan decides to leave Kuzey apologizing in a letter for not being a more protective mother for him.

Neither the success he has achieved in the Company nor the fact that Burak Çatalcalı is the number one suspect in Ferhat's murder will allow Güney to breathe a sigh of relief. When his secret is discovered by Banu, Güney succumbs to the most despicable solution to silence her.

Kuzey goes to the address Zeynep gives him and cannot turn his back on Simay. He feels responsible for what has happened to her and wants her out of there. However, Kuzey's well-intentioned efforts to help her brings to light an old enemy more troubles for both of them.
