Having worked in Greater Manchester for most of their lives, they're hoping for a quieter pace of life in Conwy County, north Wales. Paul desperately wants to move to the coast, where he has fond memories of family holidays, but wildlife-lover Denise would rather settle in the country, where she hopes to feel more at home with nature. For their budget of £650,000, interior designer Kerr Drummond is determined to find them a home by the coast, whereas country property expert Kirsty Duffy thinks she can wow them with their dream house in the countryside.
