Debbie, who works from home as a PR manager, wants to find a property within walking distance of the coast, whereas painter and decorator Paul prefers a country backdrop with a garage for his beloved bike. Kirsty Duffy searches the Welsh countryside to find Debbie and Paul the best properties for their budget of £350,000, while Kerr Drummond scours the north Wales coast to find them their dream home. But which one of them will find the winning house?

Expats Andrew and Anouchka are currently living in Sweden, but with their second child on the way, they're planning a move back to east Scotland to be nearer to family.
