S5 E2 Episode 2
本集简介

In Somerset, at Holiday Resort Unity's 220-acre site, an army of staff are working around the clock to make holiday memories happen. But sometimes, what happens on holiday is best forgotten. For 15-year-old guest George, his holiday has only just begun when a quick kick-about with his younger brother results in a dislocated knee and a very unwelcome trip to A&E, meaning the family's holiday might well be over before it's even begun.

Meanwhile, Head of Security Simon is indulging in his love of dogs by organising the park's very own version of Crufts.

Down in Cornwall, Tencreek Holiday Park is also gearing up for a competition, this time though it's the guests themselves who are competing. Matt and his team of yellow coats are on the hunt for the park's most talented performers, invited to battle it out to bag themselves a free holiday, but with so many talented singers, dancers and comedians in the mix, including last year's winner, who will come out on top is anyone's guess.

In Housekeeping, Assistant Manager Carrie has an irritating insect invasion on her hands, thanks to the rising summer heat. Elsewhere on the park, General Manager Rob is also worried about their vans, although this time the problem is more of an aromatic one…

Episode 1

It's the start of another summer season and Brits are flocking to the UK's holiday parks for some well-earned fun in the sun.

Down on the south coast of Cornwall at Tencreek Holiday Park, a 14-strong family have arrived for their annual Cornish camping blow out. Unfortunately for them, the Great British weather has other ideas and their getaway quickly goes from terrific to torrential when a yellow weather warning brings gale force winds and lashing rain. With their tent leaking like a sieve, will this year's escape be a complete washout, or can Park Manager Rob and his team help turn it around?

Over in Somerset, at Holiday Resort Unity, Head of Entertainment Chunkie Russell is lining up another summer season of music, magic and extravagant stage shows to keep the masses entertained. This year he is sticking his neck out and revamping a traditional highlight of the theatrical calendar - the Great British summer Panto. It's got heroes, villains and even a 20 foot inflatable beanstalk, but that's not all: Chunkie is taking an extra special gamble and has cast Guest Relations Manager Sara in a lead role. The trouble is, she's a complete stage novice! Will the beanstalk and Sara's performance fall flat or will it all go off with a bang?

Back down in Cornwall, and the season is hotting up. Lloyd from the maintenance team has been sent to help a guest find a mystery intruder and the housekeeping team are at breaking point as more and more holiday makers pile into the park.

On change-over days getting vans cleaned and ready in time for the next arrival is always a challenge, but when Head of Housekeeping Pauline and Assistant Carrie eventually get in to clean a van due for an early check in they are met with a mountain of mess and destruction. With limited time to turn around this disaster zone will the park's answer to Kim and Aggie crumble under the pressure or will their no-nonsense approach save the day?

Episode 3

The UK summer holiday season is in full swing, and across the country millions are turning their backs on holidays abroad, opting for a good old-fashioned staycation.

Down on the south coast of Cornwall at Tencreek Holiday Park the Great British weather is again reminding guests of what a gamble a UK staycation can sometimes be. For newly arrived campers Jason and his family, putting up their tent in high winds and lashing rain is not the start to their holiday they were hoping for, and when they discover they've left vital clothing at home and their tent is far from waterproof, things go from bad to worse…

Over in Holiday Resort Unity, maintenance man Ponytail Paul is rushed off his feet. A full park means a list of jobs as long as his arm. The first guest in distress is owner Tracey who's racing to get her caravan ready in time for the arrival of her nine-month-old granddaughter, but a locked box is proving tricky and, close by, retiree Roger is having problems with his water works. Can ponytail Paul come to the rescue and get these happy campers back on track?

Back down in Cornwall and CCTV footage has park manager Rob seeing red. Ghostly goings on in his clubhouse have resulted in the loss of alcohol. Terrified that his profits are going down the drain, Rob plans on getting rid of the troublesome ghost once and for all.

And finally, in Somerset, park showman Chunky is preparing to put on another new show to entertain the crowds. The trouble is, he's left rehearsals a little too late and even a good dose of winging it might not be enough to get through this one…
