An art student is found dead at her college, next to a picture painted with her blood. Camille and Niemans initially suspect the teacher, Ariane Maubert.

The two detectives are asked to escort a dangerous criminal to a rehabilitation centre. Niemans does not approve of the methods employed at the centre.
