Farmer Tilly's animals are sick and Dr. Diamond has to attend to other animals in the office. Milo and his friends become veterinarians and use their eyes and ears to find out what's wrong with the animals.

Mrs Sweep has some urgent pruning to do for Lady Dolores, so Milo, Lofty and Lark are tasked with preparing the park for a contest, but they lose the plan they had to follow and cause chaos.
