Fog moves in while the neighbours are enjoying a boat trip. Vanessa the dragon rushes back to switch on her lighthouse but it fails to shine. She enlists Duster the dog to find a new way to guide her friends home.

Vanessa the dragon is looking forward to some personal time to fix up the lighthouse, but her neighbours are also in need of her assistance.
