When Rachel and Stephan were purchasing their first house, they had a baby on the way and had to rush their decision. The small old house no longer works for their family. Desta, a designer on Love It or List It and Mark, a musician who also works with the show, have bought a fixer-upper. Their big design plans for the home have turned into a constant battle between them, and they need help from Designer Hilary and Realtor David. Hilary hopes to keep Desta away from the plans as she finishes renovating the home. David shows the young couple a hip location where he thinks they should be living. Now, Desta and Mark have a decision to make. Will they Love their fixer-upper? Or List It?
