Craig and Julie bought their home after only looking at the plans. After they moved in, they realized the house that looked good on paper isn't functioning for their family. With a baby on the way, they desperately need another bedroom. Realtor David and designer Hilary have come to help. David searches for a new home to provide the family with enough space for their growing family. Hilary works inside their house to create the space they need so they can love their home again. When all the work is done, Craig and Julie will have to choose what to do with their home. Will they Love It Or List It?

City Space

Two years ago, Rebecca and Sean made a decision to have an active city lifestyle, even if they had to give up the space they were used to. The charm of their 75 year old house had the family in love, but the downsize has the couple wondering if they made the right choice. Realtor David and Designer Hilary are ready to help. David will look for houses to fit their family and Hilary will renovate their home to convince them to love it again. In the end, Rebecca and Sean will have to choose what to do with their house. Will they Love It Or List It?

Paul and Pam have a fourth bedroom and they are having a hard time filling the room, and finding functional space in their home. Realtor David and designer Hilary are ready to help the family. In the end, Paul and Pam will have to decide if they will love their home again, or if they'll list it.
