When their daughter Sophia was born, Chris and Iza went from living in a tiny apartment to a 900 square foot home. But after spending ten years in the military, Chris can't handle the lack of storage and the excessive disorganization. With absolutely no closet space in the house, the clutter is out of control. Realtor David and Designer Hilary are here to help the young family. Hilary will reawaken the love for their home with a renovation, while David will point the pair in a promising new direction with new, practical places. In the end, they'll have to decide if they will love their home again, or if they'll list it.

Luke and Leva loved their character-filled home when they first bought it for their growing family. But after two decades, and three kids moving off to college, they have a surplus of space. Despite their agreement on their large home, Luke and Leva couldn't be further apart on what to do. Realtor David and Designer Hilary are here to help them. David will show them what other homes have to offer while Hilary completes renovations aimed at convincing them to love their home again. When all the work is done, will Luke and Leva love their home again or will they list it?

Chris and Winnie are living in Chris's grandmother's old home. After three generations of families living here, they have copious amounts of clutter and not enough space. The family is in serious need of decluttering and organization. Realtor David and Designer Hilary are ready to help. David will look for houses to fit their family and Hilary will renovate their home to convince them to love it again. In the end, Chris and Winnie will have to choose what to do with their house, Love It Or List It?
