The chef receives a ticket to the sanatorium as a gift from Elena and goes to "rest". Max is concerned that Ilya, a former waiter and Sasha's ex-boyfriend, is returning in Claude Monet.

Chef meets Elena's son. It happens spontaneously and not too well. Elena is looking for a way to improve relations between them. Max hatches a plan for revenge on the intriguer Ilya, drawing inspiration from Eastern philosophy. But his victory turns out to be a defeat.
