A man convicted of murder has his conviction overturned by an appeals court and waits to see if a higher court agrees it should be overturned.

Daniel Wozniak was a community theater actor in California when he was arrested for the murders of Sam Herr, a war veteran, and Julie Kibuishi, a college student and dancer, in May 2010.
