Jelly and her friends revisit the Jelly garden they helped to make in Plymouth earlier in the year to see how it is growing. Jake is inspired to make an autumn owl picture while club members Emily and Chloe find a bird for viewers to spot wherever they live.

The Green Balloon Club team are having a good look at autumn - how the leaves change colour and whether it is possible to preserve their lovely shades.
