Peter says he saw mason in the room where Channing was murdered. He then goes into cardiac arrest, but recovers. Dominic / Sophia leaves the apartment so Lionel can't find her. Kelly tried to talk to mason about what Peter said, but he avoids her.

Augusta is worried that the murder investigation will incriminate Warren. Peter refuses to take back his statement about seeing Mason in the murder room. Dominic meets Lionel at Sophia's grave, and accuses him of murdering both Sophia and Channing. Kelly tries to tell the DA that Mason killed Channing, but Mason stops her.
