Carolina is fed up with Vicente's blackmail and decides to put a stop to it. With a gun in hand, she points it at him and demands that he keep quiet about the matter involving Damián, or else she will kill him.

Damián reveals to Azucena that he is deeply in love with Carolina. Damián attends Benjamín's baptism. Three years later, Santiago opens up to Raquel and assures her that she is his only friend and confidant.
