With over two-thirds of the race completed and almost 10,000km travelled, four teams have successfully made it to the fifth checkpoint, McLeod Ganj.
After journeying through China and Nepal, the teams have reached northern India. Ahead of them is a journey of 1,500km north west of Varanasi to the fifth checkpoint, McLeod Ganj.
In the penultimate episode, the finish line is in sight for the four remaining teams, who need to reach the seventh checkpoint - Panaji, the tiny capital of India's smallest state, Goa.
The Great Wall of China is the starting point of this year's epic race. Five teams must navigate three of Asia's most diverse nations, China, Nepal and India, in a race of over 14,000km to reach the finish line, Kanniyakumari, the southernmost tip of India.
