Millions of Americans who rely on government assistance are struggling to put food on the table as the government shutdown enters Day 40. Senators are working a rare weekend session on Sunday to try and come to an agreement on a deal to end the shutdown. NBC's Yamiche Alcindor reports for Sunday TODAY. The FAA is ordering an immediate inspection of all MD-11's after the deadly UPS plane crash in Kentucky that killed 14 people. UPS and FedEx previously said they were grounding that model of plane. A 22-year-old man is facing several counts of vehicular homicide after a crash that left four people dead in Tampa, Florida. Investigators say they attempted to pull over the man, who was suspected of drag racing, when he sped away, lost control of the vehicle and slammed into a crowd outside a popular bar. King Charles, Prince William and the royal family came together for a solemn Remembrance Day, honoring those who served and died in the armed forces.
