When Mary Rose's 15-year old daughter, Annette, takes up with 41-year old Felix Vail in 1981, Mary is concerned. But it's not until Annette disappears three years later without a trace, that Mary begins to discover Felix Vail's dark history.

It is 1997, the suburbs of Seattle. A dead body is found in a park. When police go to inform the victim's family, they trip on the scene of a massacre. Their investigation leads them down the demonic path of the Seattle Goth scene.
