Dion is in Knotty Ash in Liverpool looking round a house in need of some care and attention, while Martin is delighted by a near showroom condition house near Aberdare. Lucy looks round a former grocery shop in Glasgow in a busy shopping area. All of the properties have been sold at auction, but will any of the new owners manage to make a profit from their investments?
